Ilana is one of the hardest workers I know. She has a background in Public Relations and works for a major sports agency presently. Her job involves her speaking to clients and she needs to be fully capable of pitching ideas and concepts to large or small groups at a moments notice. Metal braces would have never been an option for her. She had crowded lower teeth, and a deep bite. We were able to fix this with Invisalign. The result was perfect. Ilana was happy as well. Ilana is so exacting that I knew she was going to hold me to a high standard. I am happy I could get her a perfect result that she could be happy with. – Dr. G

Translucent teeth are youthful and natural looking. I did 10 veneers in this case. The icing on the cake with this case is that I have helped Benita take better care of her teeth. Although the case is far more beautiful, I am very happy that the cosmetic dentistry was a means to help Benita have a healthier mouth. – Dr. G

Ana came into my office one day. She was very unhappy with her smile. I told her in my professional opinion what I would do to fix her smile. I also gave her an approximate fee for the case. Ana then went to a discount office and had the work done. She literally came back into the office crying after the work was done. I was happy to redo the work, and design a smile that worked for her. I was sorry that she had a bad experience somewhere else, but was happy that I could fix the situation. Lesson learned; we get what we pay for. Good work is expensive but bad work is more expensive because it has to be redone. – Dr. G

This was another case of metal crowns traded in for all porcelain crowns. I did a laser gum surgery to make the smile less “gummy”. After that, I designed a smile for her that was clean, white, and translucent. When I was taking my pre-operative photos (which I take before most cosmetic cases) it was very hard for her to smile. She had been smiling without showing teeth for so long. It gives me great pleasure to give people a smile that that can boast instead of hiding with a tight lipped grin. Smiles should be shown off. –Dr. G

Mike was a really fun case for me to do. He came in 19 years old, and with an insecure look in his eye. I chose to do a combination of Invisalign and porcelain veneers for him. The Invisalign was to line the teeth up so that they were at least “in the ballpark”. This took about 8 months of changing the trays every two weeks. After the teeth were in a better position I did veneers from one corner of his smile to the other. It has been a joy having Michael as a patient. I have seen his confidence blossom since we did his dental makeover. He is now in college and has become a nationally recognized go kart racer. When I look at these pictures, I am most impressed by the increased confidence in his eyes. – Dr. G

Chris is came into my office at about 8 o’clock one night in worlds of pain. Although he was in such pain, his girlfriend literally had to drag him into the office. His last experience with another dentist was very traumatic. I knew that I could improve Chris’s smile, but our primary focus was to get him healthy. I did several root canals, and redid all of Chris’s upper teeth in porcelain. Because Chris is a high end Hair Stylist I opted to do a “west coast” look for him. This means that the teeth are far whiter than any persons teeth could naturally be. I only do this when I feel a patient can pull it off. I gave Chris has a great smile! I was very happy with the result of this case. – Dr. G
